Egg Fried Rice

 



Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

Carrots

Onions

Beans

Eggs

Garlic

Ginger

Cabbage(optional)

Soya Sauce

Tomato Sauce

Procedure:

In a big pan add 2 tsp oil, add in all the vegetables to fry at medium flame, add in garlic as well as ginger mashed paste and then pour in required soya as well as tomato sauces. 

Another side prepare scrambled eggs by using two eggs in a round small pan. Stir in circles slowly to make the egg mixture fry gradually, add in little salt and pepper.

Finally add cooked or left over rice , pepper, salt and scrambled eggs which was prepared sometime back. Garnish with little cilantro.

Enjoy your egg fried rice with your favorite juice for breakfast!

Boneless Chicken fry

 


Time15 to 20 minutes

Servings4

Things needed:

Boneless Chicken
Sauce
Flour

Step 1: Toss the chicken pieces with flour until its slightly dusted.
Step 2: Pour around 2 tablespoons of oil into a pan. Heat in high flame.
Step 3: Once oil becomes hot(you will see smoke), add all the chicken pieces into the pan. Let one layer of the chicken fry nicely for 5 minutes or until it turns brown. Meanwhile you should sprinkle salt and pepper.
Step 4: Later toss the chicken to the other side and fry until it gets a brownish color.
Step 5: Turn off the stove, let the pan cool for a moment. Next, add oil and in medium flame add pepper and garlic. After 2 minutes, add ketchup.
Step 6: You will see small bubbles after sometime. Slowly color of the ketchup becomes dark. Now put back the chicken into this pan to coat the pieces with this sauce.

Cooking Recipe: Wheat Egg Dosa

 


Hi everyone!

Today I will be letting you all know about a food recipe that has become quite a favorite at my place. 


Ingredients:

Wheat flour

Eggs

Onion

Cilantro

Green Chillies

Salt

Rava 

Procedure

Step 1: Mix wheat flour and water to make it a batter of thin consistency.

Step 2: Add eggs to this batter.

Step 3: Add onion, cilantro, green chillies, rava as well as salt.

Step 4: Pour batter on non stick tawa that has been greased either with oil or ghee.

Step 5: Serve now freshy made wheat egg dosa with chutney of your choice.

Cooking Recipe: Avalakki Poha Chivda


Ingredients:

Oil
Mustard
Peanuts
Paper Avalakki
Curry Leaves
Bengal Gram
Sugar
Salt
Turmeric Powder
Chilly Powder
Red Dry Chillies

Procedure:

Pour oil into a pan. Add mustard seeds and peanuts. After peanuts turn a little brownish, add dry red chillies, curry leaves and turmeric powder. Stir a little then add bengal gram. Lastly add salt and then sugar. Now serve this dish as snacks with evening tea!

How to prepare Pompret fish fry in 15 minutes


Ingredients:

Pompret Fish Pieces
Turmeric Powder
Chilly Powder
Salt

Procedure:

Mix turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt to the fish pieces. Marinate for ten minutes. Fry them in a deep fryer vessel for about three minutes each side. Serve once its cooked well!

Potato Beans Fry Without Onions




This is a simple recipe to prepare a dish that has potato as well as beans in it but no onions. Have you ever tasted this combination? If not then you must give this dish a try!!

Ingredients:
Potato 
Beans
Oil
Mustard Seeds
Giner and Garlic Paste
Masala Powder
Green Chillies

Procedure:
Step 1: Pour Oil into a frying pan.
Step 2: Add mustard seeds and then sliced potatoes as well as beans.
Step 3. Once these vegetables looses their raw taste, add salt and green chillies
Step 4:  Cook again for another 2 minutes. Later add masala powder
