Cooking Recipe: Avalakki Poha Chivda


Ingredients:

Oil
Mustard
Peanuts
Paper Avalakki
Curry Leaves
Bengal Gram
Sugar
Salt
Turmeric Powder
Chilly Powder
Red Dry Chillies

Procedure:

Pour oil into a pan. Add mustard seeds and peanuts. After peanuts turn a little brownish, add dry red chillies, curry leaves and turmeric powder. Stir a little then add bengal gram. Lastly add salt and then sugar. Now serve this dish as snacks with evening tea!

How to prepare Pompret fish fry in 15 minutes


Ingredients:

Pompret Fish Pieces
Turmeric Powder
Chilly Powder
Salt

Procedure:

Mix turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt to the fish pieces. Marinate for ten minutes. Fry them in a deep fryer vessel for about three minutes each side. Serve once its cooked well!
