Saucy Chicken Recipe!

Time: 15 to 20 minutes
Servings: 4

Things needed:

Boneless Chicken

Step 1: Toss the chicken pieces with flour until its slightly dusted.
Step 2: Pour around 2 tablespoons of oil into a pan. Heat in high flame.
Step 3: Once oil becomes hot(you will see smoke), add all the chicken pieces into the pan. Let one layer of the chicken fry nicely for 5 minutes or until it turns brown. Meanwhile you should sprinkle salt and pepper.

Step 4: Later toss the chicken to the other side and fry until it gets a brownish color.
Step 5: Turn off the stove, let the pan cool for a moment. Next, add oil and in medium flame add pepper and garlic. After 2 minutes, add ketchup.
Step 6: You will see small bubbles after sometime. Slowly color of the ketchup becomes dark. Now put back the chicken into this pan to coat the pieces with this sauce.

How To Make Butter Chicken?

Time: 30 minutes to prepare chicken gravy and overnight to marinate chicken pieces
Servings: Upto 8

Things needed:
White butter
lemon juice
Chilly powder
Turmeric powder
Garam masala
Ginger garlic paste
Black cumin seeds
Tomato puree(Steps to prepare tomato puree)
Fresh cream
Green chillies
Fenugreek leaves

Step 1: Marinating the chicken:
Mix red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, a cup of curd or yoghurt , cumin, chicken pieces and keep in refrigerator overnight.

Step 2: Roast chicken
We have noticed that the butter chicken served in hotel with be little roasted so we need to do the same. Roast the chicken in oven for sometime, maybe around 10 minutes.

Step 3: Preparing the chicken gravy
